Bludgeoned to Death by VW Post Service Surveys

I took my vehicle in for a service and the experience was good, professional and pleasant. After paying for the service I was presented with a customer satisfaction survey card, which I filled out. A day later I received a phone call to rate their service. Two days later I received another phone call and an hour later another phone call. I am being bludgeoned to death by after-sales service surveys. If someone has a problem with the service, they will say something. We all have busy lives - we can't afford to waste time on this nonsense!
