billing for a seemingly factory default
Had a vehicle cz85zmgp that had to get towed because its gears were not engaging at just around 48 000 km on clock, when the vw at the glen stripped they said its the clutch and this is my second vw of which I never had any issues with such ,I had no Tow bar and didn't even do traffic driving as I work flexi hours ,I have requested an investigation into factory fault I was first owner of this car bought as demo with just over 100 something kms if I'm not mistaken .firstly the towing company dropped My vehicle since it couldn't go on the flat bed, now they reducing the whole fault to clutch wear and tear and I feel its just not fair .after googling this fault I see there have been cases where the clutch in these cars just packs in at suspiciously low mileage.I've requested a formal investigation and contacting the motor regulatory to have this investigated. Having owned almost 6 vehicles which some went over 100 000 km its first of this kind which has required a clutch replacement. What word as consumers can we make when we make purchases of vehicles of this price based on the qaulity the brand has then we slapped with such a conclusion .
