beyond terrible service

<p>i bought a brand new car last year since then it has been in for repairs 5 times for the same thing and the response i got was horible, recently my aircon has not been working i took it in they say there is a stone chip in the condencer, my question is how ist my fault that the stone is in there, i regret ever buying a VW brand it sucks and does not put its client first all they care about is sales yet giving very bad service, i regret changing from a nissan brand to VW nissan never gave me problems they gave me the best service ever. i would really not recomend anyone to buy or consider VW, they dont care, i also made an inquiry with VW Germany, they told me customer safety comes first , my car went in 4 times for airbag problem they said it should have been replaced obviously SA VW dont care about client safety. VW as a brand has failed me</p>
