Being forced to speak to call center agent!!!!!

Today I called the call center to request to peak to a manger or someone higher up about a vehicle on the road which is being hired out and the airbags DO NOT WORK... and Buhle said to me that she cannot until i have give her ALL the private information about the vehicle etc etc. Can someone from VW SA who is higher up than a call center agent give me a call please?
