Becarefull when you buy a Pre-Owned car from VW

I bought a Polo vivo from Mccarthy VW in Constantia in February 2014, when i bought i was informed that its a 2014 year model. When i was trading it in to another dealer i just found out that the car its actual a 2013 year model. i tried calling Mccarthy VW and spoke to one of the managers who then referred me to the Pre-owned manager as he couldn't help me with my problem, the manager's name is Dylan i requested his number and tried calling him he was not answering my phone, the other manager that i spoke to told me that he will send him an email and he will respond when he gets the email or the time. i phoned the dealer so many times only to be told that he is busy all the time. i decided to phone their head office which is Mccarthy Arcadia i spoke to a lady who is their manager and she didn't even want to listen to my story she told me that i must call Dylan until he response she cant help me until then. this made me spend R15000 that i was not going to spend if the car was 2014 as they told me when i purchased the car. am very disappointed with Mccarthy VW and don't think i will ever buy any car from there. always ask for NATIS documents when buying preowned to confirm the yea
