Battery swapped with an old dead battery

I took my car to Ermelo VW for repairs, they could not correctly diagnose the what was the real problem with the car I decided to take it somewhere else, upon collecting the car it would not start they had to boost the battery and my battery was still new it did not require any boosting before the car could start they had swapped my battery with an old dead battery. I send Nelson Thipe an e-mail who is customer contact that my battery was swapped I informed him that I would like to have my battery back, he did not respond. I send an e-mail to VW connect for them to resolve the issue I spoke to the lady by the name of Lisinda Tait, she connected me to the branch manager by the name of Jaco Lottering who promised to investigate and call me back. That has not happened I informed VW connect that the branch manage has responded they also promised to call me back. I am really disappointed by the response from VW connect as they supposed to respond and resolve issues that we have with their agents and how do we know that what they say was replaced in our cars has really been replaced or our new parts a not swapped for old ones.
