Battery drainaged claimed to be fixed

I am so disappointed with VW SA, my car spent many days in their dealership than in my garage. I have repeatedly taken my car to them because it was still under warranty and draining the battery, at first their technician could not find the problem, later I had to call in my tracking company which charged me because the problem is not on their side, few months later they claimed to have fixed the problem which I'm still experiencing. VW SA promised to call me and I am still waiting.
