BARONS CLAREMONT - GROSS MISREPRESENTATION

Barons Claremont has grossly misrepresented the what was included in the price when I bought my Polo Vivo. This only came to light when I took my car in for a service. Only then did I receive exactly what was covered in my maintenance plan. This included the brakes which until this point I was not aware of and had done it myself. According to them I can only remedy this by redoing the brakes through them at a cost of R5100 , firstly with it being covid, how the hell can I afford that, that is more than my installment....... If I had known I would not have done my brakes and I would have taken it into Barons to have it done. Only after two years was I given the details of what exactly the maintenance plan covers...... Then there is also the matter of the engine cover which I was told that it does not come with a cover, yet when it went in for a service I was told all those models should have a cover, yet the did still not put a cover on....SO WHAT EXACTLY AM I PAYING FOR.....****TY SERVICE.....UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!
