In a nut shell, I booked my car for its first annual service on the 26th October 2024, while booking I highlighted that the front brakes a making a squeaky noise.

They atteneded to it and the next day the sound came back, I called in again and advised the sound is back, I was requested to bring the car back in again for them to check. I took the car in and it was again attended to. @ days +- 2 days later the sound has been back and I have nowhere to go. Unfortunately I was told that due to the compound used on "Polo Vivio Trendlines" the car will make that sound from time to time. I would just like to highlight that it doesn't do that sound from time to time, it is a constant sound in cold, warm, wet and or dry weather conditions, it sounds as if I bought the car from a s**** yard, another thing is I was told that the disks could not be replaced as they are still fresh with 5mm on them, and they could only replace it if it were on 3mm. So practically the car is still brand new but sounds like complete **** and VW cannot assist me as the disk is still on 5mm.
