Baddest Customer Service

<p>I bought my car new in 2014 from VW, Golf 7 GTI. In 2015 October it had a cylinder failure that was sorted after a month long waiting, after that it had multiple error messages "error autohold/fault electric brake" that even the dealer failed to sort out, in September 2016 it had a leak that they said it's from overfilled gearbox post 60 000km service , now again it's back to the dealer with a problem of headlights not working and hooter, I took it there on Wednesday as per bookings, they told me it needed a new hooter plus globes which were supposed to be fitted today but now they are telling me parts didn't arrive... Now I am stuck what an inconvenience of a new car nogal</p>
