bad treatment and bad service

VW worked on the cylinder head of my car and today(after 4 days ) I brought the car back to them due to the noise coming from the head.firstly Tony told me that when the car left VW was ok and its none of his business .I got furious and promise to speak to his boss and then he told me that he will check the car .Tony ' s attitude is bad.
