Bad staff is= bad service

<p>Mcduling booysense I took my car to start in this branch they sold me a key couldn't start the car manager agrees to refund the key I was happy everything was fine until I went next day to get my refund 2 people you must hire if you have tendansy of destroying your business first person is Alex I went to him asked him about the manager he told me that manager is in meeting I asked him please can you get the relevant person who can help me he rep**** I am not in the mood I asked him what mood you talking about then I asked him I need codes for my car radio he told me it coast I rep**** last time I came for polo they did not charge me he rep**** then go to him I asked him how you talk you got no manners or sense of service you making me angery instead of helping me. 2nd person is lobo while I was talking to him she start screening please both of you shut up I was so imbarased feel like I was in low life for minute I forgot I am customer I wish I never supported these people, Staff is roude no training looks like mcduling is hiring cheap labour from the road like they hiring the baggers from the street that kind of feeling those two gave me please word of advise don't go</p>
