Bad service with no proper feedback

Most terrible service from vw. Booked my car in which was dropped off at 8am and at 2pm received a call from them advising that they are still testing because they need to provide proof to vw motor plan. Does it take vw the entire day to find where a coolant leak is coming from? I get a call back saying they will have to keep the car over night and cannot provide me with a courtesy car. Lately the service at vw has been shocking. Their service is not in line with the pruce you pay for their vehicles.
