Bad service - VW Southey Street Kimberley

Volkswagen Sothey Street in Kimberley has very *********** staff and their service is pathetic , for my vehicle is in for I lost count on the times I had to return it for a rattle sound coming from the sunroof. They replaced my rooflining (Why, I don't know). The vehicle has marks on The seats and a scratch and all they had to say is it is a"difficult one". I personally feel that one should consider taking your car to Lindsay Saker in Bloemfontein, for I am seriously tired of their laim excuses. Being in their type of business one expects some profssionalism, but no! All you get is excuses. I contacted head office VW and is still waiting for a sms sine this morning 9h03 and its 14h53 now. This is totally unacceptable and very inconvenient.
