BAD Service!!! VW RUSTENBURG.

VW Rustenburg: Worst service one can get. I would never recommend VW Rustenburg to anyone. This is the second time I made use of this branch just to receive the same ****py service as the 1st time. I send my VW T cross for a service on the 15 of September 2022. I notified them that they need to do a full inspection on the vehicle. ( As the previous owner did not look after the car.) I also ask them to inspect the brakes as the left frond brake is making a noise when you stop and go. On collection of the vehicle I was informed that the brakes are on 3mm and they only replace brakes on 2mm. (Brakes are done now!!!!!) They also said they don't have stock on a fuel filter and wipers, they will let me know in a week to return the vehicle so they can fit the parts that was out of stock. ITS NOW A MONTH LATER WITH OUT ANY COMUNICATION FROM THE BRANCH!!!!! So I presume that they bill clients for parts that is out of stock and then don't follow up with the customers to come and fit the paid parts. Disappointing service at its best!!!!!!!!!
