bad service VW

I sent a vehicle a vehicle to Barons PMB on the 20/11/2018. The vehicle stayed at VW for more that one month. I had to bare the cost of a hired vehicle. I then sent the vehicle to Alpine motors in Pine town. Two week later still no joy. I have asked VW SA to give me a courtesy vehicle, but I have had no response. VW service is pathetic!!!!!!!!A vehicle with 20 k on the clock and its worth 700K but they cant find the problem..
