Bad service & overcharging

<p>The volkswagen service department is up to ****. spoke to Karen on Wednesday about my cars clutch acting up and she said she was busy and that she would phone me back. After a day I phoned back and left a message with the receptionist Linda. Another day passed so I decided to have a talk with the service manager. The service manager then told her to phone me. She phones me and gives me nothing but **** excuses and then wants to charge me 9 hundred and something rand just to check the car. So i told her she can go fly a kite. </p> <p>Im very dissapointed in them and wont be going back there any time soon. </p>
