Bad Service, Not willing to help and too relaxed.

We have taken the car in for service in august in Barons woodmead, the car was serviced for 45000km and we got it back that day, within a week a car stopped and showing the epc light on display. they came and took the car to the same dealer to have it fixed, we didn't have a car for 3 days, again this saturday 21st October the car showed the EPC light and Turbo Symbol on the display, this happened when i was in Samrand, we called they collected it again and take it to Baron woodmead, around 10am i called trying to get the update and i couldn't i tried again at 12pm and spoke to Alia she told me that they haven't check the car but she will speak to the foreman of service so that they can have it check by Monday morning first thing.

I called around 10 i spoke to the guy from service and he said he doesn't know whats happening with the car and they haven't checked, i asked to speak to the foreman and he said he hasn't checked it and he will check it later if theres a part that needs to be replaced he will order it and he might get it tomorrow.

can you see this people they don't care whether we get our car back on time or not? even the promises that they made they not willing to keep, can you please help us get the car today? is a mission to get things done without the car, we got stuck on our way to Limpopo and we had to cancel. today is at 12pm we still don't have the update on the car.

we sending the car to the same dealer who fixed the car before and we still have the same problem.
