Bad service from VW polokwane

I have bought polo 1.6 triptronic sedan in april this year and it has done it first service in september and after a week it was service the EPC light ****s out and i parked it and called the road side assist and they came tow the car on the 27/09/2024 to vw polokwane and i was emailed a job card by michelle(service advisor) to sign it and which i did and on monday i went to the dealership and i was told they havent touched the vehicle and they said they will start with it wednesday and when i call them yesterday still the car has not been fixed and they even refuse to give me a courtsey and i am getting a bad service from vw polokwane and i just need my car to be fixed and thats all so that i can be on the road
