Bad Service from VW Claremont.

Is it possible if you could investigate the bad history trend from the time we purchased the vehicle on the 9th December 2015, when we complained to the Sales Manager / Wayne Rocchi and his Sales Consultant Nizaam Adams. We even sent an email to the then Dealer Principal (***ree Essa) complaining about VW Claremont's service prior to them sourcing this vehicle below. Request: 10/10/2018 1: 150000km Service / Completed 2: Check Ticking noise coming from engine / Timing chain needs replacing 3: EPC light came on the 03/10/2018 went into LIMP MODE / Timing chain needs replacing

Booked vehicle in on the 4th October 2018, date given for service was the 10th October 2018. Vehicle wasn't driven from the 3rd October 2018, as we experienced the vehicle going into Limp Mode on the 26th April 2016. On the 29th April 2016 - 125596 kms the vehicle went into Limp Mode (EPC Light came on) Timing Chain was replaced at a cost of R 23000.00 and it was done under the extended warranty. With the 135000km Service we complained to Frank Lombard and asked that they look into the Diesel sound, according to the Service advisor everything was ok / fine. 27000kms later an estimate received from the Service Advisor (Paul Shreuder) is that the Timing Chain has to be replaced. Ever since we took delivery of this vehicle it sounded like a Diesel, and once the vehicle was returned to us after the Timing Chain replacement it was still very noisy and Frank Lombard can account for it. We definitely had our doubts with this vehicle from the beginning, seeing that i am still young they are taking advantage of me. Sent an email to Volkswagen SA earlier as we have not driven the vehicle only to take it for a service, and they got back to us stating that the Timing Chain that was replaced in April 2016 only has a 12 month guarentee and therefore they cannot help us. So does that mean that from the time it was replaced and the complaining to the necessary people at VW Claremont, they could not attend to the noisy Timing Chain. Is it possible to investigate and revert back asap.
