Bad Service from VW Arcadia

This morning I sent my car for service. I was done with the admin and paperwork at 07h30. I was told the driver will take me to the office. I waited until 08h45 before I was attended to. Again I was called by my service consultant at 12h30 that my car is ready for collection and the driver is leaving "now" to pick me up. It's 14h40, I am still waiting. I have called an Uber to take me to VW Arcadia. If I was going to wait so long, I expect to be told. This assumption that i have ample time at my disposal is truly unfair. The reason I was there at my earliest is so I can be at the office by 8am as I had urgent matters to attend to. I feel taken for granted and truly annoyed by the service I am getting from VW. Needless to say, I'm done with VW cars. The afternoon driver is even claiming to have been calling me and not getting hold of me yet the service consultant gets me all the time without fail. A pure insult to my intellect.
