Bad service from the service manager

The service department at Soweto VW to be precise Ernie and Sean the manager dont know how to take good care of the clients. I had a fall out with my car the Dsg gave me problems and I was told that it got fixed. The next thing i need to pay knowing very well that the car is under warranty.
