bad service from the sales person and his manager

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from Mastercars. SIBUSISO was assisting me. Firstly I had to request he amend the OTP 5 times as the date was in valid as well as the details. After calling 100 times sending emails I finally got the correct. Within the same day I forwarded him the approval...... then it was once again a battle to contact him to ask him to forward the podium to the bank.... He assured me all was in order n he just needed a few docs from him in which I forwarded the docs at 8 in the morning. He then rep**** acknowledging my email and that was the last..... left 10000 of msg's with the reception. Spoke to his manager Dylan Hope and explained my story. Dylan assured me he will call me back..... guess what..... still no phone call, email nothing. So I'm sitting with an approval but no car. I have never received such bad poor and pathetic service from such a well known brand. I would never suggest vw constantia to anyone. I have never been so disappointed.
