Bad service from Mc Carthy

I VW Polo is under Traffic motor plan. On 01 June 2016 i booked my car for service at VW Mc Carthy Arcadia. After service they said i must pay R1323.00 for the service of which i paid. I called Traffic motor plan to explain my encounter, they said i must solve my problem with VW. Second and third service i booked my car at VW MC Carthy Hatfield, i did not pay any thing, Traffic motor plan paid my services. 2017 i tried to call VW Arcadia to demand my refund for my first service, no one helped me, 2018 i called again several times, no one could give me clear answers, Monday, 14 May 2018 i personally drove to MC Carthy Arcadia then they said they will take it up with Traffic Motor Plan. Today 17 May 2018 i called Traffic and they said they only have only 2 service records on their system, which are the second and third services so i must inform VW Arcadia to call them and sort out their mess.. Now i don't know what to do since VW is no longer taking my calls. Please help.
