Bad Service & Discount not given as promised

I took my car to VW Rivonia for service. I was told there is a problem with my gearbox as it was leaking, I asked if the warranty covers that and they said usually it does but since the car has been involved in an accident they won't cover this one.<br> I asked them to price me and the price just for labour was bad, very bad infact and I asked for discount as the car is still under warranty just that the problem it has now wont be covered and the guy said he will ask his manager for more discount as he was giving me only 10%.<br> The car was fixed and when I went to collect it I just paid as the guy has already left work due to it was Friday and he could not wait for me as I advised him that I was on my way from Durban and will only arrive 30 min. late but Willie said he had to collect kids from school I understood that and asked my sales person whom I bought the car from to keep the car and wait about 30 min after hours I will come to collect the vehicle as I was on my way to Limpopo.<br> I paid the amount and was not aware that there was no discount until last week when I checked the invoice. I sent an email requesting my discount as they had promised but still no reply evevn today.
