Bad service

On the 20th May 2023,I enquire about the car that I saw on the status of a Volkswagen salesman.I told me that I was interested in applying for a car.His name is Kevin Marubini who works under Volkswagen Soweto(Maponya mall).Kevin asked me to send him my document and I did. On the 26th I received my contract from Absa bank for the car,I signed the contract and I was very happy that finally am going to have a car. Kevin then promised to deliver the car to me on the 27th May 2023(Friday).When I contact him he said he wanted to take the car for service and make sure everything was okay before giving it to me. On Saturday 28/05/2023 morning kevin sent me a video on whatsapp saying that he is returning the car to the workshop because the is a light that is showing that the car is not okay. The agreement was I will receive my car on the 26/05/2023 on Friday. The salesperson said he want to take in the car for service first before bringing it to me.I understood fully,I asked for pictures since I have not seen the car.He sent me pictures and my heart fell in love the minute I saw the pictures even though they were taken in the dark. I then received my car on the Saturday the 27th.I was very happy to receive the car.On the same day I bumped my gate and the car bumper was damaged,I communicated with the salesperson as an when it happened. He even advise since the insurance has not debited the will not cover so I will have to fix it myself.I spoke to the mechanic or panelbeater to assist me and he said I can bring it on Sunday the 28/05/2023. In the early morning(28/05/2023) I drove to Messina from Madombidzha, when coming back from Messina the car started to give me problems and it stop working.I communicated with the salesperson and he advised that I get the car checked by the mechanic to see what could be tge problem with the car.The mechanic guy towed me from Messina to Tshiozwi since the car was not working anymore to their workshop since the bumper was supposed to be fix as well by them. I was in communication with the salesperson until he told me that the car might have been damaged by me bumping the gate.I then asked to speak to his Manager(Lloyd Pietersen).Lloyd Pietersen said I should ask the mechanic to atleast assist me with starting the car so that it can be booked in at my local VW dealership in Louis Trichardt. The mechanic who was trying assist me ,informed me of the faulty things on the car, most of the car part has rusted need replacement.I took pictures and forward them to Llyod Petersen. The car was then booked in for 31/05/2023 at VW Thompson Louis Trichardt. The mechanic who was assisting me had to tow me to town for the vehicle to be checked.

The following were the findings from VW Thompson on the vehicle on the invoice document.

1. I forwarded the document to both Absa and VW soweto maponya asking for cancellation since they sold me a car that is not in good condition to Xolani Mkhwa**** the dealer principal. Xolani responded to my request, however he told me that I cannot cancel the contract but they can help me fix the problem on the car. I also requested the 18. check and the invoice of the service done by the dealership from Xolani and Llyod and I have not received anything from them.

I have request/questions.

1.Is the dealership allowed to pay deposit for a client? 2.Why is my loving expenses lower to R450 from R1500? 3.Can I please get the 18. check and the invoice for service done on the 25/05/2023 since it shows other on the service history.
