Bad Service

I am very upset to Volkswagen South Africa. Your service is very disappointing and bad. I have took a car with VWFS (Volkswagen financial service) on the 07th of March 2022. I got Mechanical brakedown last week Friday the 2nd of December and I took the car to nearest dealership which is VW Midrand Lindsay. They opened the car Gearbox to find out what could be the problem. They found out that the problem is clutch plate burned. They are charging me plus R14900 to get the spare parts and labor. The car is still under warranty. I asked them to claim on Traficc PTY Ltd insurance for maintenance and servicebwhich I have with them for 60000KM/ 3 years. Traficc is pushing it back that the car is still under warranty and the manufacturer should cover the Maintenance costs. The Car is still at VW Midrand its not getting fixed from the 2nd of December till today. I regret myself for making business with Volkswagen South Africa. Lastly I was supposed to be paying R6700 installment but now I am paying R7500 they say Westbank repo Rates are too high. Why FNB loan rates not changing? Friends and families I wouldn't recommend you to get car at Volkswagen South Africa. I rate the 1 0ut of 10
