Bad Service by Barons N1

<p>Where is may car? 48 hours with no Feedback</p> <p> </p> <p>Baron's N1 City took my car on Thursday. It is now Saturday, and no one from them has contacted me with feedback. I followed up with VW Head Office (Call Centre) yesterday, and they contacted Barons N1 City. VW Head Office then informed me today that my car will be ready. However, no one from the dealership has contacted me.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I called today, the lady (Nicole) says that she cannot help me - the manager is not in - and that I must call on Monday! Really??!! Do they expect me to wait for 4 days without any idea where my car is and what is wrong with it, and when I will get it back.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can VW trust such bad people with their brand? Purchaing a car is a big expense, and good after-sales service is very important. I'm seriously considering never to purchase any VW ever again, due to Barons N1 City</p>
