Bad service

I bought new Polo Tsi 2022 model in 2022, the engine light came on before 1st service and it was reported at Vw Wonderboom, they couldn't fix the problem until now at 55000km's and the car is giving EPL Power problem , to my shock they want me to pay for Sparks and service when it was their problem they couldn't fix
