Bad service at VW Fourways

This VW at fourways crossing is *********** and unprofessional. My car went in for a service and they did not contact me the whole day. They didnt collect me from work like I had asked them to. I got to the dealership by a lift and the service lady Sahira told me they had the wrong number. While I was standing there the same dealership called me to say the driver is ready to collect me.. This is after I gave them my cellphone number when I dropped my car off. I then went to get my car and my car was not parked properly, when I reversed the front bumper s****ped from the pavement. The service manager Barry Sirmon came to check. He didnt bother to introduce himself to me or apologize for the incident. VW is disgusting.. even the managers can't manage problems..
