Bad service at VW Alpine

I bought a VW Polo Cross 1.6 comfort line last year November 2014 and my sales person confirmed that my car has a 3 year service plan, only to find out that when i take my car VW Umhlanga the car has no service plan. when i called my sales person she still says my car has a standard plan, I ended up having to pay from my own pocket because of this back and fourth as the sales lady said she will get back to me but VW Umhlanga wanted to know what to do so i ended up giving them the authority to do it ill pay for it.
