Bad service at Mascor vryheid and by vwsa

I had a problem with my golf 7.5 gti giving me warning of a low 12v battery signs a few weeks agoI jumped started it and tokk it to Mascor vw in vryheid. I met a lady by the name of Leena in serbice depertment who didn't even attand to my case and just said they are fully booked for repairs I must book my car for the following week, which I did, the following day I got stuck as the car didn't start I called vw road assist and jumpstart my car and found the problem to be with a battery. I then took my car to Mascor in Tuesday the 11th June afternoon as they requested to charge battery overnight. I git a call on Wednesday morning that the battery is faulty therefore they had ordered a new one which will take 2 - 3days to arrive. In a meantime I don't have a car, no courtesy car nothing. I then made a follow up today and they told me that the battery hasn't arrived and they don't know when it will arrive and they can't help with courtesy car. I then called vwsa which they also did not help. I had planned a weekend away this long weekend and now I am stuck. Schools are closed, I had to arrange alternative trasnsport to fetch kids from school and our getaway is cancelled with booking deposit gone. All due to *********** staff at VW.
