Bad service at Claremont Volkswagen

Took delivery of a second hand Golf 7 about a month ago and i am really unhappy with the quality and lack of service i got at this branch. Having to take my car back to have minor issues looked at one being a electrical issue with PDC and ended up in the workshop for 5 days -not a problem but not one call from them giving me a update on my cars status. Then apparently finding the issue with a sensor and ordering the parts and not mentioning a trim piece that the technician broke. Parts was delivered and been at the branch for almost a week and i had to follow up again with a booking to have it fitted. Nevertheless fitted the parts and my car is exactly the way i brought it in the first time with the PDC button not functioning after waiting for my car for almost 5 hours. Heard many stories of unsatisfied customers and this but just a small part of the VW Claremont experience i have encountered in less than a month. Had many cars and this is by far the worst dealer I've ever come across
