Bad service and stinking attitude

They are indeed a bunch of loosers. Had my car serviced in Nov 2017 which costed R11 971.10 which is NOT small change to me. After doing EFT they refused to release my vehicle because my payment was apparently not reflecting as yet AFTER producing FULL PROOF OF PAYMENT, SMS etc. They made my husband sit there until closing time while our child was waiting at school OUTSIDE as school closed long time!!!! He had to pay onther R10 000.00 JUST TO GET THE CAR RELEASED to pick up our child from school. The service which was done under Jean Pierre Bosman's supervision was PATHETIC to say the least as the car had to go back the next day - car was swirving across the road due to all the parts nots fastened after the service!!!!!!!!! Up until today NO APOLOGY nothing!! You put your life in danger having a service done there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
