Bad service and **** hollard insurance

2014 I bought a car through vw finance, and 2015 December the car was ****** which I reported to saps, then the car was found stripped and looked like it was on accident, the condition of the car was supposed to be written off debts as I had insurance with hollard which they didn't care to pay off the bebt now I'm owning r70000 to vw which doesn't make sense, vw please contact hollard insurance so the bebt can be written off, now I bad credit history coz of fly by night hollard insurance
