Bad service and horrible feedback

I took my car in for a service on the 27/02/2015 and asked for a service,shocks and boot to ckecked.I took my car in and they called me during the day at almost 1 o clock to tell me the car has nit been worked on yet but soon, i did not hear anything back from them and tried to reach Neo but she was not available so i left a message to call me back which was two hours later when i got a call back to tell me that they do not have parts for the boot and they did not carry out the service as i asked which i had then disputed with Neo the service consultant and she said that i did not ask for a service which is not true I arranged with them to collect the car the next day to find that they had done the service late the afternoon the day before after my altercation with the service which was nice but the boot part was still needed and the front shocks has not being checked i did not hear anything from them regarding the boot part so i called them on the 03/03/2015 to ask them where the boot part is and they said it was there and they forgot to call me so i arranged for the car to be taken there and fitted with the part only to find out they had ordered the wrong part
