Bad service and faulty VW Golf 7

Bought a VW Golf 7 from Barons Pietermaritzburg around July 2013. During December 2014 its radio was replaced and since then it has had no less than 7 warranty repairs within a period of 7 months, including replacing water pumps, ignition coils, compressor/evaporator, battery, navigation system, etc. It is a hussle to even get a courtesy vehicle. VW MD's office only intervened after I complained to the Motor Industry Ombudsman SA. I have been stranded on the road with my wife & 2 kids and they never want to ride in the vehicle again. I have now approached attorneys to go to court to force them to take back the vehicle. NTT VW in East London is the worst dealership I've ever come accross. They do shoddy work, dishonest & unprofessional. They could not provide me with a report of what was replaced after my vehicle was towed to them, despite my protest, & it stayed there for a whole month. I have returned the vehicle to Barons PMB and told them I don't want it and the dealer principal ********ly told me he'd rather speak to my attorneys than speak to me and I have dully referred the matter to my attorneys. I now pay my installment, but ride in taxis & ask for lifts from colleagues.
