BAD SERVICE AND DENTED CAR

I took my car to the dealer for a 45 000 km service on the 31st August 2023. The car came back not running well and when i went back to them on the 27th of September 2023 for the car to get checked , they said nothing is wrong with the car yet the issue still existed, further more they dented my car and did not say a thing until i noticed it 2 days later and confronted them about it. And they just brushed me off by saying they will not be taking any responsibility on the damages caused.
