Bad Service and charging me more

I'm totally disgusted at your lack of communication. After you have confirmed that my finance was declined by all banks, I followed up with and they confirmed that they did not receive any application for a Madza 2 from VW Rustenburg. I then called Absa bank to confirm why my application was declined and then I was informed that the application was submitted for just over R81 000 for a 2008 Madza 2 which according to bank is overpriced. The sales representative then confirm that there was other cost added on which was not brought to my attention. Due to the word restrictions I'm unable to type the full story.
