BAD SERVICE AFTER BAD SERVICE AT VW ARCADIA

I, ***, took my VW city storm for major service and to check why the car stall before moving after stopping esp at the robot. I was told by Sokhu , the supposed service advisor, the car misses gear 1 instead it mistakenly engage gear 3. And that I should bring it once they have estimated cost to fix it . Something I think should have be done when they discover the problem.<br> <br> My worse moment was when, after paying more than R2800, the car reverse when I engage gear 1 something that was not there when I took the car for service and inspection. <br> <br> This brought memories of the past year bad service when Green, the so called service advisor, failed to faster the cap on the water tank and made my car to look like it is overheating.
