Bad service

I write this as a very frustrated female driving a VW Tiguan. I have been having an issue with my car for the past 6 months, where it has been making a banging sound in the front right tyre. I initially took it to VW Barons Bruma where I was told that they couldn't detect anything. A couple of months later, I took it back to VW Barons Bruma and was told again that they can't detect any problem. Beginning of this year I booked the car in at VW Edenvale with the same problem and I was advised to just change my tyres. The banging noise has progressively gotten worse. I took the car in to VW Barons Bruma this week where I was told that the driveshaft of the car has been damaged. I am very perturbed as no one has managed to pick this up on the numerous occasions that I have taken the car in with the SAME problem. Progressively the car has gotten more damaged because no one bothered to check it properly. It is concerning that 2 dealerships were unable to come up with a diagnosis on the car. I was made to feel like as a woman I do not know what was happening with my car and my worries were dismissed as trivial. I am now driving a car that gets more and more damaged daily, and I question my and my family's safety in this car!
