BAD SERVICE

I purchase a vw polo vivo 2023 with vw Highlands in lydenburg.. Everything went well untill the day of delivery.they returned back to the dealer with the car because I did not have my original ID with me. They didn't disclose that they will need my original card. I had no idea about that.i paid 35k deposit which they say they can't return the whole amount bcoz of their expenses which was not my problem.. I am totally not happy with this dealer I just want to cancel the deal, get my money back and see where I can go to make a new application.
