Bad service

Allow me to express my dissatisfaction of unhappiness service I got from The above VW outlet.I took my car for 120km service and I was advised that a lady by the name of Madeline will by my service advisor ,I received only one call from her advising me that they are taking car to workshop and that was it ,I never received a progress feedback during the service nor the call advising that they are done with the car I had to make countless call to find out about the progress of the car and how much is the cost incurred .At the end they promised to send their driver to fetch me for my car as I was at work of which they never did .I had a very disappointing and a very disturbing experience with VW Lichtenburg .Please mend accordingly and advise <br> <br> Fond Rgds<br> Tshepo Sealetsa<br> <br> Sent from my iPhone
