Bad Service

Bad service from VW Mc Duling , on the 08/01/2016 i paid R3400 for car Service in just a Day the Car was dead after the service due to the Gear Box,I'm wondering what were they fixing as they did not even give me a heads up that the gear box needs some fixing , i will never take any of my car to them again .im writting this report so that they can up their game and treat client with respect i know im not the only one who's complaining about their none service to the client
