Bad Service

I took in my vehicle reg no (JGK 407 NW) for (90 000 KM) service. I usually drive my vehicle on weekends and later realised after my car went for service that my bonnet shock was no longer working and it was working fine because i opened the bonnet to check the water and oil level before i took the vehicle to the workshop, the rear right window has a problem, when i close all the windows it automatically opens halfway and it was working fine because i normally open the windows of the car everyday and finally when i tested my car after service and this was two weeks after it was serviced because as i said i usually drive it on weekends, i realised that it had water leakage, i took it to a place where they service radiators and only to find out that there was three way pipe that was broken and the hose was just left hanging there! I paid R4 500 to inherit this problems and i'm very frustrated because i ha no choice as i had to book in my vehicle at VW so that i can keep my warranty intact!
