Bad Service

I called VW Soweto on Monday 2018/11/05 to book my car in for service, spoke to Lizelle who said the lady (Palesa) who does bookings for services is on lunch , she asked for my name and contact details and promised that Palesa will call me back . That never happened. Called again 2018/11/06 spoke to her again informed her that I never received a call from Palesa, she said she did convey the message will do a follow up. Palesa never called me again.
