Bad service

I took my car for service on Thursday it had a problem with water licking , they said will fix it for 13500 I paid went home, did not use the car Sunday i want to use the car now it have a problem with oil linking. I take the car back I tell them the car was fine with oil linking I did not use the car since I took it from service now the car have another problem. They now want to charge me 11 000 for the mess they did . This is *******.....
