bad service

I phoned in this morning for part prices. The sales consultant that answered the phone was very uncooperative, unfriendly, impudent, off hand. Need I say more. I work for an insurance company and have to phone dealerships from time to time for part prices for the vehicles still under warranty. When the sales person answers and ask you which panel beater the vehicle is going to, and you say that you're only busy with a preliminary quote at the moment and the vehicle is not with a panel beater, they become very unresponsive in their help with part prices
