Bad service

I would like to state my bad experience with Soweto VW I was certainly not treated as a customer but as another sale. The consultant I dealt with Bheki Gumede cared less about my concerns about the car he sold to me but rather insisted on closing his sale.

Firstly I was given a second grade car which was not up to standard I drove the car home only to find out when I got home the bumper was loose, the engine Seemed very old and the car was repainted. I immediately took it back to the dealership as I was not satisfied the minute I raised my concerns the sales person kept persuading me to take the car. I decided not to take it and asked for another make(polo sedan), I was then asked to increase the budget I agreed. I had to wait 2 weeks for them to soarce a car for me I had to constantly call everyday to find out what was happening, the sales consultant was not bothered at all for obvious reasons that his sale didn’t go through I took the matter up with his manager Pam she herself did not do much on her side. After the long wait I was eventually told that they found me a car to my surprise it was a polo Vivo again the one which I said I no longer want.

I immediately asked them to cancel everything since they can’t help me, that on it’s one was a mission and a half again I had to make the calls between the dealership and the bank whilst when the sale was made I had no contact with the bank. Nun the less after a constant battle the matter was eventually sorted out with the bank. I paid one installment for a care I didn’t even use which I guess I couldn’t do anything about it. But inconlution I was not treated fairly as a customer and that was very disappointing because I thought I would be dealing with professionals that was not the case because I didn’t get a sale through I was just another annoying number. No one cared to get me a better offer I left with no care and poor service.
