Bad service

Good day..i want to tell you about my experience with volkswagen ermelo..i went and order + pay them on the 27/3/2018 for 8 injector washers..two week after i did not hear from them i phoned and asked about it the guy said he will come back to me the same day wich he did not come back to me after a week i went to volkswagen and asked them they said they wil phone me before the end of the day and still to date i am waiting for that call..my car is standing for more than 40 days because im waiting for the washers could you please help me because phoning and going their i get the same awnser..thank you
